I need two new tv remote controllers.  I'm getting different stories from your customer service phone and the att retail store.

They should be free.  If a tech support tells you otherwise, hang up and call another.  Not sure why you even asked a att retail store.  They don't deal with such things.

 

Why two?  What of the odds of two failing about the same time?  Did you change the batteries?
