Nightmare

I'm trying to pay my bill but your system doesn't recognize my email address or account number. Every help link requires login. It's a cyclical nightmare & beyond ridiculous.

We're happy to help! What message do you get when you enter your login credentials? Are you using your AT&T User ID?

 

Also, remember that you can make your paying with our IVR by calling 800-288-2020.

I am using my email address & account number to login. It doesn't recognize
either one of them.

I do not know my AT&T ID.

Why can't I just use my email address to login like always?
