No channel line up available from ATT

Have been trying for over 2 weeks to get a channel line up by uverse package.  The webiste does not work.  It keeps telling me service is not avaialble in my area when i choose to look at the line ups.  Interesteing since ATT takes $173/mo from me for service.  On the phone for 2 hours.  Keep getting told to go to the website (NOT LISTENING?).  Then transferedand call dropped.

This is despicable servie, but par for the course from ATT.
