Not a happy customer.

Up and Up and Up.......every 12 months you have to fight for a better deal, better promotion. Only this time I was told there was none. So here I am again paying more than last year for the same lousy service. Why do I even stay with AT&T?

Don't know what your doing.  My wireless bill is $90 less that's when I joined 3.5 years ago.

Let me know how you got it lower. I call customer loyalty and got the same
run around as a normal rep. No promos at this time and sorry.......your
bill is going up by $25.00 a month.

Well, yeah, if you buy a $700 phone on monthly $25 payments, rather than buy a phone you can afford outright.  

My bill is service only.  4 phones and a tablet, 20 gigs of data and a $22 union discount.  All my phones were purchased at full price, none from ATT.  The only branded phone is a Samsung galaxy S7 I bought from an employee, mint, 6 months after release, $350.  

We also own a Moto pure edition and a Nexus 6P and a Huawei Honor 8.  

Service alone would cost me $50 more a month with Verizon $30 more with T-mobile.  

I don't use insurance.  It's not fiscally reasonable.   We bank $20 per month, per phone for the next phone purchase down the road.   It is possible to splurge if you plan ahead.

Im talking about U-verse, internet, and landline. I don't use AT&T
wireless. I get a company discount with Verizon.
