Not good customers service at all
Hi my name is Toria *** I'm Joan mother and I'm complaining about your service here with AT&T universe my account number *** my passcode *** my daughter is not satisfied I understand she had to pay 160 something on her bill and customers really got mad at her and I had to get on the phone and constantly getting on the phone with them even though it's in my name I'm going to have I'm going to call my attorney office and let them know how ugly y'all get what my daughter and myself my mother my daughter has a disability and y'all not honoring her with the disability one she's working a part-time job and it's not enough money to do that and y'all keep turning it off and on for her and when she tried to pay and y'all have problems trying to understand her sometimes but please give us a reasonable doubt to or we take our business elsewhere and we don't have to use you guys anymore and I will talk to my aldermen about it and attorney general office about it because you know y'all in the wrong of doing the things that y'all are doing as a provider so I need to upgrade my TV for my daughter so she can have all the channels she asked for you family but she didn't know that it didn't have all the channels just the basic channels she wants the channels that she said she was a guy and she didn't get so I'm turning it over to Authority FBI because y'all are in the wrong of not doing your duties as customer service I am my daughter's Guardian and I helped a little bit in October and paid 244 something dollars she missed the payment so if you have any problems with my daughter contact me at area code ***
