Not Receiving Promised Promotional Discounts

I've been with AT&T for 12 years, and I'm frustrated beyond belief. Per customer service agents, I have the highest loyalty rating (continuous service, never paid late), yet I feel as though I don't matter anymore. On August 23 2016, my one year Uverse contract expired along with the discounts I was receiving. I was then placed on a very high month-to-month rate. I called on August 31st to see what promotional rates were available. To my delight, there were some amazing deals for my U450 Uverse, Max Turbo and Voice bundled package (keeping my wireless the same as my contract expires October 2017). I agreed to the new pricing but they were unable for some reason integrate the Voice part. The agent and her supervisor advised to call back tomorrow to make sure Voice was showing up on my account. The following day I called and another agent informed me that I had Voice but no contract in the system. I was shocked as I had an agent ID and promised rates from the hour long conversation the previous day. She would not honor the rates and gave me about 60% of what they offered. I reluctantly took it as I thought the contract didn't exist. Later on that day, I found a Customer Summary in my account that detailed my negotiated new rates! And I had an email from that morning stating the same so the contract was definitely in the system, she just didn't look under my Customer Summary. I couldn't believe it. I called back to AT&T and they advised me that a supervisor would see my current contract and not override a better deal. The next day (Sept. 2nd), someone went into my account and cancelled my negotiated order (contract) and in its place added a new, full price contract with NO discounts. I did NOT agree to that (that was my month to month rate...why would I sign a year deal with full prices?) I called back again and the agent advised that I go into an AT&T store. I did that on Sept 2nd, and I was there for 2.5 hours! I printed out both Customer Summary sheets clearly showing my original deal and the fraudulent second contract. He spent two hours on the phone, and I got a worse deal than the second one (approx. 50% of the original discounts promised). And now I still do not have a new updated Customer Summary after almost 48 hours. I feel as though this one will not be correct or even go through. I'm at a loss for words on how I feel right now. I have stressed so much about this. No one seems to want to resolve this, honor the original promised contract or take ownership of my account.
Is there a Resolution Specialist from AT&T that can please help me? I feel lost and so disappointed with AT&T.

Send them a Private Message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your billing problems. Many times these are answered by FB/Twitter Soc Media Managers, available late nites, weekends.

 

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.  Remember this is a holiday weekend.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply, possibly by email instead. They can do more than any phone rep and stick w/it till it's done. Good luck 😉

Issue resolved! Within 12 hours, my issue was resolved and handled professionally with such courtesy. Thank you, Bernie! You have restored my faith in AT&T.

I was promised 650 dollar rebate in 5 weeks in october for buying iPhone 7 plus direct tv and internet.
I got the phone on the 5th of October
It's December 6th
Three months later and I still haven't got my rebate .

I signed a 2 year contract
I try to sign into Sunday ticket direct tv and fox sports on my new phone that I was promised and talked into buying .
Worked for a week then I wasn't able to sign into any of the apps and still not able .
I've been to 3 different att stores and they can't solve the problem when I give them all my account information , or tell me where my rebate is
I was sold a lie
And talked into signing a 2 year contract .
Very disappointed
What can I do to solve this problem ?
I want my money and I want my 1 season worth of NFL ticket
And a full two years of DIRECTV on my iPhone 7 plus .

NEED HELP?
