Not Satisfied.

My account was just suspended and I had two awful runins with some rude representatives. I was told that a different department would restore my service and give me more time to pay bill. All I was asking was to extend it til 4/26 thats all. I'm a working single mom and all I want tp do is keep the service. But with these bully tactics that I have been given its not fair. Just pay or else. Sad that ATT doesn't give different payment options. I'm not trying to extend it to not pay it I just need it on and I will pay the remaining balance. Sounds Att doesn't even trust their own customers. I'm seriously thinking about switching service.

Before a balance is past due you can set a payment arrangement using self service options by going to Billing Usage Payments > Make a payment and there you'll see the Calendar icon and the split this payment link. While paying past the due date would still generate a $9 late fee, it'd prevent service interruption (and a restoral fee) in the event you need more time to pay! It is not "bullying", their hands are tied and your service cannot be restored without payment. In the future, make sure to set a payment arrangement so the payment method is on file and the service will not be suspended 🙂
