Not so much a question as a statement

ATT has been awful to me and my family to the point where we are switching providers. I am going to go through Sprint and Dish Network. They have just been plain awful. Their customer service sucks and I just can't take it anymore. I have made 4 phone calls to them eating up countless hours of my life to no evail. My daughter has been expecting a receiver since November and my other daughter is watching a broken one. I am done.
