Online Ordering Not Working AT&T Will Not Give Full Rewards By Phone Order
I have been trying for 4 days to compete an order on-line so I can get my $350 in rewards and an additional $100 from a chat representative once competed. I was on the phone for 1 hr 37 mins being passed around to find out by Billy that on-line processing has been an ongoing problem. I can order over the phone but they will only give me $250 in rewards instead of the $450 that I will get online. Then a manger told me the same. She said the only thing I can do it wait for the online problem to be resolved and then place my order. She told me go back online and use "chat" and ask when the problem will be fixed. Chat told me they don't know. The 5 other people I spoke with can't tell me. But they all want my business and will process over the phone but only $250 in rewards not $450. So who can I call and find out when the system will be fixed so I can get my $450 in rewards? Nobody at AT&T knows who to contact.

The current offer is for $250 for tv and Internet. They can't give you an expired offer,

It's not an expired offer. it's $250 by phone $350 online and an additional $100 once processed and I rely the order# to the "chat" person on the site. The offer is good until Sunday and that's what was told to me by the online person I was trying to place the order with. She told me Saturday "no worries, the offer is good for another 10 days" as she waited patiently for me trying to process the order.
