To get started, we suggest that you Sign in with your user ID and Password, select View Profile found in the top navigation are logout button. Select Billing & Payment options and then select Edit paperless bill settings. Select Edit paperless bill settings, follow the instructions to start your paper bill.
Please note that after you restart paper bills, you will begin to get paper bill via U.S mail approximately 1-2 months depending on your billing cycle and you can still view and pay bills online.
