Perpetual Pending Order

I've been trying to change my uverse account online.  Every time I login in it says I can't change my account because I have an order pending.  I don't have an order pending.  It has been saying this for weeks.  I call customer service, spend hours on the phone, and all they can tell me is I don't have an order pending.  So helpful.  Any suggestions?  The only other thing I can think of is cancel and go somewhere else.  I'm tired of dealing with this.

I can no longer see my Uverse account online at all.  It has been like this since last week.  My customer service rep has stopped responding to email.  Is anyone even looking into this anymore?

Then how could I upgrade to u300 online then DOWNGRADE to u200, after getting the $50 reward card, online recently w/no problems whatsoever? Smiley Surprised
