Postcard from ATT about unlimited data usage

Received postcard that wasn't clear about unlimited data usage as a Uverse customer (Beginning on May 23, 2016, we will be increasing your U-verse Internet data allowance to an unlimited allowance with a $30 value as a result of your having a TV product bundled with your Internet service.").  It doesn't indicate if that $30 will be charged.  So, I called Uverse internet customer service to clarify and got a guy named "Gray" who, after accessing my account, said my data usage cap is 250 GB, I got the postcard in error and for me to get the unlimited data usage mentioned in the postcard I would have to buy it at $30.  That changed the terms of 2-year contract mid-term, because Gray said he was noting that I don't want to pay $30 for the unlimited data usage and it will be removed.

I can't CHAT to verify what "Gray" told me but the website says, "If you purchase DIRECTV or U-verse TV service bundled with your internet service on a combined bill, you will receive an unlimited usage allowance with a $30 vlue at no additional charge as part of the bundle discount."  I have the triple play bundle and combined bill, so I don't think I should have to pay $30 for the unlimited usage.
