prepaid visa for bundling services HOAX. Maybe they will forget and not even enquire about it .
Originallly only had AT&T home phone.
Increased my internet bandwidth to 300Mbps, including U-verse sign up . + was promised prepaid visas for accepting new offer …. was mentioned to me would receive in 4 weeks after sign up .
Time as member has clearly doubled this waiting period.
No prepaid visa seen. No contact made.
When I call during the week to speak with someone [ while I am at work ; during regular business hours ] ….. constantly receive messages of ' Heavy volume of caring for previous customer calls ' waiting close to an hour ; no contact .
After going through that for two days in a row ….. I cant keep wasting time at work just sitting there waiting for crickets to go away .
When you look on the AT&T home log in …. and you see the ' Contact Us ' ……. good luck contacting them. No email accepted . Strictly by phone only . Good luck listening to the pre-recorded message of how heavy the customer service volume of calls they are experiencing .

Rewards Center, or I wouldn't have made a complaint in the first place
to the forum.
Once again, I'm in a boat without a paddle. Your sending me a link to the
reward center, another waste of time. My time has well doubled the normal
average 4 week period of receiving any letter from AT&T. You meant
well, but I'm still at ground zero. :0)
