Problem with returned items

I returned 5 pieces of equipment after my cancellation of my u-verse service.  FedEx gave me two receipts for the shipment, one for three items and one for two.  I received an email today confirming the receipt of the three items shown on one ticket, but not the other two items on the second ticket.  I can send you a copy of that confirmation ticket, so you can confirm to me that you received the other two items.  Peter [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]

FedEx and UPS ship equipment back in bulk.  In other words, they wait until they have lots of equipment to send back to AT&T and then they send a bunch in a big box.  Most likely the equipment got separated into two different shipments.  Give it a couple of days.
