Promotion Scams from the sales department

Does someone knows where can I publish the SCAM  that I was subjected to from the AT&T Uverse local sales department about getting an "awesome" deal of Uverse and home phone?

I was promised a competitive price for internet + phone service, and after I got my first bill, no one wanted to honor what they promised me, the sales lady ( Lisa Duran Ph. 915-309-0948) never answered back my calls or emails, and the customer service, just played dumb saying that that prices were not real. I ended up cancelling as soon as I received my first bill both services, overall I spent around $250 to try this FRAUD, and getting back to my previous internet provider!

It is impossible to try to fight it back , since anytime I call , I get a different customer support agent, and it appears that they do not keep a log of calls, so I have to start my story from the beginning, and waist 2 hours of my time every time and not getting any coherent answer.

I can confirm that this Lisa who called me at the same number tried to up charge me $30 a month for a service you provide. My apartment complex directed me to use her because they get reward points. After the att sales team contacted me as well, I got a little bit concerned... So I contacted att customer service who told me about the differences in charges.
