Property Damage

I would like someone to reach out to me regarding property damage at my home. A trash truck hit the ATT lines because they were hanging too low. When the truck hit the lines it jerked the electric pole down while I was outside.  Lines came down from all directions and pulled my picket fence down and broke the wooden fence. I want this replaced due to the fact it was ATT's fault.  I need to know how to reach ATT's insurance claims. The numbers listed in this forum are no longer working. I want a current contact number.
