I began part of the ATT Uverse Bundle 11/10/17 and they do not care about customer services.  It's all about the money.  I requested Uverse 200 but being charged for Uverse 300 which I did not requested. I called to make the correction with the wrong Uverse service and was told I could not receive the same rate if I changed it.  The customer service person told me that U300 was better than the U200 as a justification.   I had ATT phone on internet before bundling with the tv and found out they allowed my neighbors to get services at my address.   I have been receiving there ATT bills at my address.  Then on 12/31/17 around midnight all three services Internet, TV and Phone was unavailable due to network wide outage.  I received the network wide outage message until 1/02/18.  They start off with misrepresentations/deceptions.  It's all about the money.  Att have directv guess which company is next for the take over?
