Recurring Geek squad monthly charges for installing my Uverse
For 3 months I have been getting charged $19.99 x 2 monthly from the "Online-Geeksquad" - This is what it says on my credit card. I paid to have Geek squad install my uverse for $19.99 in August, this is what AT&T told me I had to do. That's it, done. Why am I getting these charges and who do I call about this.?

Couple of things I ascertained via Google:
Geek Squad is offered by Best Buy. Best Buy is an authorized seller of Uverse.
Geek Squad will, in fact, install the ATT equipment (not sure how that works) at a lesser rate than ATT ($20 vs. $99). When a customer chooses this option, they "agree" to a monthly subscription to Geek Squad BUT this can be cancelled after the install. Or so they are told.
The OP needs to contact either Best Buy or Geek Squad to stop the recurring $19.95 fee or it will most likely continue.

Well, who are they, you did it in August and have no knowledge who they are? Only GeekSquad I've ever heard from is Best Buy.

Agree with my thoughts: I think you must have ordered from an "authorized reseller". The reseller threw in the geek squad service as a "requirement" when it probably wasn't and signed you up for two monthly subscriptions.
There may be a good, honest, ethical U-verse Reseller, but I don't know who they are.
