reducing number of tv equipment??

Today I went to ATT and was old to go to UPS in order to return three boxes and remotes. I still have two and a modem. I merely wish to reduce the number in my home. I was given a reference number and a receipt. I hope that I did what was necessary. I called 800 customer service and got nowhere with that.Nancy

While you did the proper thing in order to return equipment, Customer Service needs to be made aware that you are reducing the amount of equipment you have.  Did the person in the store do anything in order to remove the equipment from your bill?

She said they were a private owner company and short answer ...NO. She said to take them to UPS.

You need to call CS (800-288-2020) and tell them that you sent them back.  Write down the serial number of the one(s) you have left because there's a good chance they're going to want to know the serial number of the ones you sent back.

 

P.S.  Never go to an AT&T store to inquire about Uverse services.
