Refund Deposit
On 8/10/2010 I sent you a deposit of $300.00. As of yet I did not receive it. I talked to Frontier and they had no record of it. How do I get my refund back?

This is a per-to-per forum for U-verse subscribers. We cannot perform customer or billing functions. We just try to help guide you to the people who can help you.
If I understand your post, you were originally an AT&T U-verse customer when you sent the deposit of $300 to AT&T on August 10, 2010.
On October 24, 2014, Frontier closed its acquisition of AT&T's wireline, DSL, U-verse video and satellite TV businesses in the state of Connecticut. The deal includes the wireline subsidiaries Southern New England Telephone and SNET America and consumer, business and wholesale customer relationships. I assume you are a Frontier customer now.
I would call AT&T customer service at 800.288.2020. Hopefully, they can help you. It would seem that AT&T would have your deposit, not Frontier.

Including what dwinth said be aware that the deposit may have been a non-refundable fee. I don't have access to the terms and service that you had when you signed up so it may be different than the policy today.
