Refund promised 4 times. No refund.
I over paid my bill on April 22, an errant zero. You have owed me a refund of that overpayment of $450 for Seventy days. I have been promised my refund four times. Your 18002882020 is voice mail torture and most of the reps are incompetent and the chat is just as bad. Where is my refund????
