Review Your ATT Order: U-Verse TV Plan Changed

Hi, I've seen a few others report this, and that it was a transaction to test if the account was active? I believe this is different. I received the email at 5am saying to review my ATT order so I clicked on it and saw the $3.50 partial charge and as usual a bunch of information, but nothing clear or relevant.

I tried to get in touch with Customer support, but they were unhelpful, telling me they didn't know what it was, but that it had a delivery date of tomorrow between 11-1. They said just to call back when it was delivered. Is that really how this  business works? I'm seeing a $3.50 Partial Charge and I still have no idea what was ordered. As usual customer support said they would have a supervisor call me in an  hour. It has now been 6 hours and no call, I called back in and no one has any idea still.
