Reward card

On Dec 17, 2018. Received a email saying my $100 reward card was sent and I should received it by Dec 25, 2018. I having been waiting for it thought it was delay do to the holidays. Call the reward card Dept Spoke To a supervisor name Nicole who said her manager name is Daniel who does not get on the phone. She said the card was activated on Dec 21, 2018 and $95 was used online to Premier card. The 1st supervisor was rude and saying there’s nothing she could do and they do not reissue cards that your card was mailed to the correct address. I told her it never came and I have inform delivery service where I get a email showing what my mail is daily, and it sounds like someone from the company is stealing them before they even leave. She was nonchalant and said there nothing she can do. I called back and spoke to another sup and he gave me the number for premier after Nicole said there was not a number. I believe someone is stealing them knowing nothing can be done about it and all they need is the card number and zip code to

activate them. And they say there nothing that can be done about it. Search and read others who have had the same thing happen to them this is so wrong on so many level att has to do something different and take care of there customers before they lose them.
