reward center does not pick up
I called the reward center at 8:30 am and was on hold till 9:20. Hung up because I had to leave. Called back at 10:35am. It took 90 + minutes on hold for the reward center to finally answer. Unacceptable service!!
I was then told that after waiting 14 days, I would have to call back - presumably to be put on hold again for 90 minutes.
How typical is this and who finds this acceptable.
