Rewards card fraud

Have got a question we recived a rewards card and and used it to renew my IOLO System Mechanic Utilitys subscribtion about 3 weeks ago and found out they took the rewards money but canceled my system mechanic services invalidated my licence key and banned me from site after inquiring about rewards card purchase and not getting what i paid for when calling iolo tech support and i ask them about my product and services and why they invalidated my products and services and licence key they said you canceled the card there was no money on the card that you sent us i know you didn't cancel anything they took the money out of your account and stole it. Im tring to find out if there is a number to call or a way to find out if they recived the money.and get a statement from att about them stealing the money and not delivering services and products i bought on this card. Thank You

Hello @ritaagnew 

 

To check the balance of your card, visit the AT&T Promotion Card website, and enter the first 10-digits of the AT&T Promotion Card, and then enter the activation PIN code. The PIN code is the last 4-digits of the wireless number associated with the promotion card.

 

This is the only way I know to check the balance, it should show all transactions there as well.
