Rewards card less than promised

Hello all. I recently signed up for Uverse Tv and Internet online with the promise of a $200 gift card and a $100 gift card. The offer says distinctly that I would receive these amounts and I have printed the details for my records. However, as of yesterday, the rewards mailer states that I will only be receiving $100 for Tv service which is not what was advertised. This is not a mistake but primarily bait and switch tactics. Advertising one thing and doing another is outright fraud that I will be pursuing if this is not resolved in a timely manner. The bottom line is that one should not make offers that one is not inclined to keep. I want what I was promised. End of story.

I just got your case assigned to me and would love to get you directed to the department in charge for the reward cards. If you made sure to order the services online I will highly suggest you to get in contact with the Reward Card Group O department who will make sure to follow through on looking that up for you. If the eligibility its shown as valid they will make sure to send out the remaining amount. They will be more than happy to help you if you'd like to contact them, believe me that if we had a way as much as we would want to they have the access to check for qualification, through phone number they can be reached at 1-800-288-9983 or 877-258-1427.
