Rewards is different from what was promised when I ordered

I ordered my new U-Verse service online. There were problems with installation (installer guy only installed the TV and internet with no landline).  Installation problems have now been fixed thanks to Ty Hastings' assistance and I am happy with the services. 

 

My remaining problem is that when I ordered the landline/internet/TV bundle online, I was supposed to get a rewards card totalling $310.00 ($300 for new service, $10 for paperless billing), but my online account says I am only getting a rewards card of $150.00.  How do I get AT&T to honor its initial promise?

Contact the Reward Center for an explanation, 1-877-258-1427.  Don't be afraid to get a supervisor involved there, I had to in 2008 when they cancelled my $200 check reward more than 20 times.  Got it straigtened out w/the supervisor and got my check 10 days later. Smiley Very Happy

I was told the same thing if I moved my service and was  I would get a $300.00 gift card. I got a $25.00 gift card instead. Then when I called to inquire about it a  representative lied telling me I was either offered the gift card or a discount on my service which was not true, Then I was told they would review the phone conversatiopn between myself and the representative and get back too me which has not happened yet. AT&T the company employs  professional scam artist and liars. The rewards gift card is a scam and they don't deliver what they promised.

I can not even get anyone to talk to me about it...oh no mamm we never give reward cards for over $25....

I was told I would get my $100 reward card for bundling on December 23rd.  They told me if it didn't come in that day to call.  I did call but couldn't get through at all and they kept putting me back and forth to different numbers.  

I still don't have that reward card and I was depending on it as I just moved and it is very expensive moving and I am a low- income senior.  Please, Please send me that $100.

I am waiting for my $100 reward card.  I got U-verse bundle December 1 and they told me I would get my reward card in 3 weeks.  After 3 weeks, I called at&t and they told me it should be there by December 23rd.  It didn't come then so I tried calling all day and couldn't get through.  I hope it is here today and I hope it is correct.    pat mcgrath

I signed up on 12/19/2015. New customer, uverse phone/internet/directv bundle, was supposed to receive $300.00 in rewards. The online customer service agent told me if I signed up online that day, that I would receive and additional $100.00 Visa card. So far I only have $200.00 coming. After spending a couple hours tonight, online with a rep, I was told to call another number for help. So frustrating!

Is nothing but a scam to get your service was told a lower price for service got the bill it was way higher. Was offered 300.00 reward card to find out it's only 50.00 Called and only had the billing department hang up on me after explaining asked to speak to supervisor said he could not help transferred me to rewards center would not do anything but try to get me to go with a higher bundle AT&T does not care about their customers .Tell you one thing just to get your service and once they get it you don't get what they offer you go to Time Warner they take care of their customers and know bull crap

My name is Anita Reid my phone number is 7862625657 I am really frustrate in March when your rep sold me on 2 I phones apples 6 s plus I was promise 650 dollars per line no up to but 650 per line that was going to be accredited immediately to the account and they were going to send me 2 rewards cards each for 500 that were going to be mail to me this was verified by a supervisor David I not only receive the wrong phones but when the to a lot of troubles to get them change when I call I was told the credit was already on the account for 1300 so not to worry about my bill I have been in and out of the hospital with several problems pace maker etc and I had always call they always say don't worry is there last month my service was interrupted and when I call the told me that they were correcting the mistake and putting the credit and re stabling my services today again I have no services and I have spend all day talking to reps from AT&T with out getting any resolve the only supervisor that unless try to help was Chris but even him was not able to fix it your rep in order to make the sale promise something Laing to the customer knowing that this is not what is going to happen know I am in a position that I have no service absolutely they trying to make my pay over 1000 dollars in order to re put my services when if your company had done the credit immidiatly like it was said my payments where going to be always on time I was reading different forums of people complaining about this false promises and customers paying the consequences they put things in the records that they never talk to the customer like for example today some one ask me if I was the one that did the payment arrangement I told them with none of the agents or at no time was arrengments discuss but some one putt it on their own I though that your company was going to be a little more serious about what the promise but up to this point I can see that there is more than hundreds of people with similar problems this is really costing me a lot of stress and will like to have this resolve a sap I don't have a phone to call me so I will give you my neighbors 786 409 9762

No never nor the credits or the rewards I have seen in the forum that there
is a lot of people that are in the same situation and at&t had made this
false offers just to get the sale

Same here I was promised 650 per line. They gave me 80 down and said the rest would come in the mail.

Recently I accepted​ a better tv deal to my active account and on my bill the order says it comes with a reward card just like the representative said, but when I completed the 30 days the reward center said that the account did not qualify and that they could offer to me $100.00 from the offer of $300.00.

Was offered 150.00 at sign up for wireless internet then got email saying I earned a 50.00 reward claimed it was supposed to be here about a month ago still received nothing I’ll be calling tomorrow... thinking that the false information and advertisement and the fact that it’s all of there customers could qualify for a major lawsuit im a single mother and would have probably went with a different service if it weren’t for the reward SCAM I’m livid
