Rude agent and AT&T sent me an incorrect bill and then to collections
I need to file a complaint against this company. I have spent months trying to fix an incorrect billing statement they sent to me, hours on the phone with them telling me they will fix it and nothing. I had to move and could not take my Direct TV with me because it was an apartment and I explained this to them and they said they would not charge the early termination and once I returned the equipment, they would take it off my account. I just called and spoke to a rep and she totally would not give me the number of the section that could fix this issue, placed me on hold in the middle of my conversation. Rude!!
Direct TV gave me a billing statement that said the $243.95 early cancellation fee was zero and AT&T has added this on to their final bill. This is NOT right and needs to be addressed by Corporate. They have sent me to collections and say my credit could be affected.
Anyone know who I can contact regarding this?

Thanks for your response. This whole process has been a lot of my time trying to fix this. I spoke with a manager at your call center yesterday and he got Direct TV on the phone. Direct TV said they never sent any balance due bill to AT&T and my balance was showing zero and this should not have happened. AT&T sent me to a collections agency that threatened my credit. I have disputed this with Direct TV and the collections agency. I am very upset about this and how your call center agent muted me the night before I actually got a manager yesterday. Very rude to mute people that are trying to fix issues of being charged money they should not have been charged and refusing to help or provide information on who to call regarding this error. Bad way to conduct business.
