S code 1301 when trying to use member ID to log into u-verse TV app
I'm trying to log into my u-verse TV app on my Samsung TV running a fire stick. I put in the correct information and it comes up with a cold 1301 stating that I can't use this access ID and I must use my u-verse member id. Unfortunately I'm using my member id. I did attempt to add a sub account under the u-verse internet access account and that one gives me the same error. Something that is also odd is if I use the AT&t u-verse app on my phone it except my member ID and password but then it comes up with a message saying authenticating and then never comes out of that mode. I actually have to force close the app. I don't know what's going on but this is really aggravating.

We recommend that you try these below steps:
This will get rid of anything affecting the app to function properly. Also, we recommend that you reset your password as this will resync your account.
You should also be using the Member ID to login to your app. This is the AT&T email that is linked to your account.
