SEC Network on Watch ESPN streaming not working
I have AT&T Uverse and watch live sports on ESPN website on my computer and use ESPN app for phone and Samsung TV. Games on SEC Network say Not Authorized, but regular ESPN and ACC Network games work fine. I'm also having the same problem with NBC regional sports on the NBC sports app. I have U300 and these used to work. Seems like ATT Uverse is not properly authenticating my subscription on those apps. How can this be fixed?

Just checked SEC Network in the ESPN app and it’s working fine. My guess is you’re not using your Uverse member userid, unlinked, to access entitled content.

Let's get up backing your games again, sportsviewer999.
As our ACE, gr8sho, he is unable to duplicate your concern, but he also stated that you might be logged into the wrong account.
The "Not Authorized" error that you are getting is what is called an "Entitlement Error." That means that the app that you are signed into is not able to verify the subscription that you are using.
To make sure that you are signed in correctly, we are going to have you go directly to our website and try signing in. Please follow these steps:
If the information is entered correctly then you will be logged into your account landing page. On that profile make sure that you locate the U-Verse TV tile. If you see that great, then you are signed in properly. If you are signed in, but do not see the U-Verse TV tile, then you could be using an account that could associated with a sub-account or you could be logged into a wireless or internet stand alone account.
If the above is the case, then you will need to log back out and try again with a different id. Now if are signed in with the correct id, compare that id with app in question. If they do not match, then you will need to log out of the app and log back in with information from the website.
Please try these things and let us know if they have worked for you.
Thank you for posting on the AT&T Community Forums.

I followed your steps above and as expected verified I am logged in to the correct account. It is my primary account (not subaccount) that is tied to Uverse and is the one I have used frequently over the last couple of years to access SEC Network as well as the NBC regional sports. This is a relatively recent issue (within the last month or so). I have previously had no problems. Also as I noted, I can access without issue the ACC network which also requires verification of the subscription.
The Uverse logo is visible when I try to access ESPN, ACC Network and any other situation requiring verification. The problem is unique specifically to the SEC Network and regional sports network (NBC Sports Bay Area). I'd add that the ACC Network is accessed in the same app as the SEC network yet does not have this issue.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the various apps essentially starting from scratch. I have tried to access the SEC Network and regional sports networks on multiple platforms including multiple desktops running windows, a chromebook using both the browser and the respective apps, an android tablet and android phone and nothing has worked.
For some reason, my account is not being authorized just for those two networks.

Based on your not authenticated error for the SEC network and the NBC regional sports app, we want to get you into a DM, sportsviewer999. Check the message icon in the upper portion of the page and reply back.
We look forward to hearing from you, so that we can escalate this and get this fixed.
Please keep an eye out for the DM Message, so that we can ge this process started.
