Seeking credit for cancellation fee!!!

The communication when I speak with your reps overseas is just awful. I've been trying to get this resolved for a week now, making calls to AT&T reps in other countries and I no longer wish to deal with them because they are not helping in anyway. They refuse to transfer me to a supervisor (which i'm starting to think doesn't exist) nor do they want to transfer me to someone in the U.S. I recently switched from direct tv back to unverse, and the rep said I wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee, and if I was to just call back and they would credit back my account with no problem. Needless to say this has been a nightmare trying to get someone to make this happen. Each call lasts around 40 minutes and is quite exhausting. I either get transferred around a million times or flat out hung up on. I just want my credit for the cancellation fee since i clearly shouldn't be charged for this because I continued my att services !
