Service cancelation, who provides the boxes

Question

I will be canceling my service (u verse phone, TV, internet). Will they provide boxes for returning the DVR and set top boxes, gateway and router?

Once you cancel, you should receive an email with instructions on how and what to return.  Equipment must be returned via UPS or FedEx.
