Service Changes not reflected in current bill

Hello,

 

I am looking at my current bill and it does not reflect the change in service which was made on January 12th, 2017.  I eliminated my U-verse TV and Phone service as of 1/12/17 at 12:00 midnight and upgraded my internet to Gigafiber.  I have returned my equipment and would like my bill revised before paying the current charges.  This whole process was very exhausting in making AT&T representatives understand what my new service was going to include and I'm not willing to pay for service I did not need anymore.  Your representatives told me that my service as to be switched/cancelled as of midnight 1/12/17 so it should be on file there somewhere.  Please revise my bill!

ATT bills their service in advance. Their computer will automatically revise your bill. You just have to wait for the current billing cycle to end. The adjustment will appear on the next bill.
