Service disconnect when I had a payment arrangement what can I do?

My service was disconnected when I had a payment arrangement. What can I do

Was your service interrupted after the arrangement was made? It's also possible that your area was part of an outage at the time. You can your myAT&T page to check if there was service issues at the time.

There was no outage as a matter of fact the reps that I spoke actually said there were different arrangements and a supervisor actually referred to me as a Liar.
Once the first rep realize I had proof she immediately turned the service back on and offered me a 25.00 credit and I told her I wanted a supervisor that's where the Problem escalated and the recording will show it.
Before he transferred me to the Philippines I believe he referred to me as a Irate N word that is why I want someone from Terry Stenzel Office get involved and get the recordings from my calls on 1/17/2019
Between 8:30 am pct and 10:30am pct
