@Greglopez31, you have made a post an a public forum provided for AT&T users to communicate with other AT&T users. You should not post your name or any identifying or private information such as your phone number in such a forum. While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, you should have no expectation that any particular action will come from such a post.
You and the rest of Florida have my prayers for what you have just gone through. I expect it will take AT&T and the other service providers in Miami and throughout Florida quite a while just to come to grips with what the work is that needs to be done. If you want to send a Private Message to @ATTU-verseCare so that they have a record that your service is out so you can ask for a service credit, that's probably not a horrible idea. But I'd give them at least a day or two before I'd expect any rough ETA.

Good afternoon @Greglopez31,
I hope you and your family are doing okay with all of the damage due to Hurricane Irma. For full restoration there is no ETA right now. AT&T has set up a mobile command center at the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Facility in Dade, FL.
