Service outage in advace of Hurricane

Hurricane Irma is expected in my area Monday. I NEED TO BE ABLE TO WATCH THE NEWS FOR UPDATES. I currently have ZERO TV, ZERO INTERNET, AND ZERO HOME PHONE. Customer service is Unable to give me details about yhe "outtage" and ALL OF MY NEIGHBORS HAVE AT&T service. How do i get this resolved IMMEDIATELY.
