six months of billing struggles

I subscribe to UVerse TV, wireless services and internet services. Since last November (SEVEN MONTHS) I have been "working" with AT&T to give me what they promised... a specific dollar amount billed for the services I subscribe to. Since November, it's been an average of $25.00 more than what I have printed Transcripts dialogs PROMISING me that "next month" will show the new lower price. Last month I was GUARANTEED by the "chat" person, and their supervisor, that my bill will show discounts and a new firm lower price. Guess what? Nope, no discount.

I am so tired of dealing with this and now I need to call again during "east coast working times" so I can be on the phone for another hour and hear more promises that I'm sure the AT&T workers think they are giving, but this customer ALWAYS losses again and again and again and again and again and again and again. That's 7 "again" for 7 months of billing STRUGGLES. Is it just me?

@CEstruggles

PM me and I will provide you with a contact at the executive offices of AT&T Corp HQ in Dallas.

They can and do get problems like this solved PERMANENTLY!

Thank you "ham3843", but I don't know what "PM" means.

I did call AT&T back a few days after I wrote this. And after 1-1/2 hours on the phone, was supposedly promised all sorts of things (again). I will see in a week if the billing actually shows this. I really doubt that it will, so I will probably use that contact at the executive offices of AT&T. I think AT&T has me down as a "play jokes on this customer" so they promise all sorts of stuff that are never delivered. I can specifically read the previous transcripts of the promises, and they blame computer error or the promotion ended or blame the previous person for not enacting the promises. I think the Customer Service people really believe what they are promising, then maybe the supervisors cancel the promises out and never contact the customer to explain why.

Anyway, thanks for the support, let me know how I can get that executive office contact.
