Starz app not working U-verse tv service

I have starz and I can’t watch the app on my tv so can access their content. I go to the starz activation site. Enter the code and choose att U-verse. I am told I’m not authorized. Starz is included with my U-verse tv subscription. We have deleted the app and reinstalled. Still not working.
