SUPER DISAPPOINTED

Was promised 310 in visa reward cards when I signed up as a new user. 200 for new service, 100 for doing it on line, and 10 for paperless billing. After receiving 200 in cards, I called to ask about the remaining 100. I was hung up on, transferred all around, promised it was in the mail, just to be more patient. Anytime I asked for an associate # I was disconnected and hung up on. I would have installed the service and been happy with the 210 in reward cards, sooooo why all the LIES. I chased my tail for 5 phone calls before finally giving up. I really hope I don't have any technical issues.....CUSTOMER SERVICE   SUCKS.

David,
There is no need for me to go to the reward center to check the status,  the 100 dolar Visa card has not been issued, and at this point, I'm pretty sure I've been dooped Smiley Sad

If you are not seeing it in the rewards center, please follow the instructions at the bottom to contact us and give us a call. We can definitely research this for you and find out what is happening.

Total scam here . ATT just wants you to sign the contract .

If it's a scam, why did I get my origianal $200 reward in 2008 (not w/o a bit of hassle), $20 reward to upgrade internet, twice getting $50 rewards to upgrade to u300 from u200? Smiley Surprised

I so feel you all of this it's there and if I had a dollar for every time they say the word sorry I could pay for my cable and phone but the bundle is for the rich folks only because they don't look at where their money goes every month the bill says pay and its paid. Try to remember to count the word sorry it's time you hear itDOS
