Supposed to receive $370 in total rewards cards (100+100+50+120) but only received total of one card
Supposed to receive $370 in total rewards cards (100+100+50+120) but only received total of one card. Installed 6/21 and requested and received first. Requested second but never received, and nothing sent for remaining rewards at all. Kindly prove to me I can trust AT&T to make this right. GARY LANE. garyleelane@att.net

How did you place your order?
Make any changes after order during the install or within the first 30 days?
You order the service online without using any human assistance?
No call, chat or in store sales?
Current promotions, which ends 8/31/2018 only offer $150 in REWARDS, $100 for TV and $50 for internet if order internet online.
Not aware of what the $120 would be.
A past promotion, offered $100 for TV, an additional $100 for TV and $50 for internet if ordered online. With human assistance would only be eligible for the first $100 Reward, which you have received.
Any questions about the REWARDS, must call and work with the REWARD CENTER. There is no other group.
