Terrible experience with UVERSE customer service.
My ordeal started with signing up with Att on July 24. The customer service rep quoted me rate of 63$ for u200 package with 18mbps of internet. From that day to today I have never seen that rate on any of my bills. Calls to Att take an average of an hour of wait and then someone comes along and disconnects my line. Today I made 3 phone calls and spent more than 4 hours on calls. Finally decided to cancel service and waited for another one and half hour to only be hanged up again quoting a termination fees of 180$ which was never quoted when I received the service. Every month my bill keeps moving upwards. I have to call once every month for a rep to adjust my bill. I am utterly disappointed with the customer service. Worst experience of my life is dealing with Att customer service. Anyone who plans to get a new contract with Att please make sure your Att account reflects what is promised by Att rep. NEVER TRUST WHAT THEY SAY ON THE PHONE.

I wish I had used the internet and it was as clear as you stated here, I called the ATT rep and if you could listen to the recorded call, you would hear that I was quoted the rate of $63.67 a month with the internet service included, I called again and on my next call with the supervisor you would hear that she said that HD was included in the rate. Also if you listen to the call you would hear that rep told me not to make any changes to my account, Why would I make changes if I was told this and told and confirmed with multiple reps that my rate is 63.67 plus taxes which I guessed would be around $75 max, however my bills have always been above 94$ plus when i log in to the website the prmotion states that it applies for only 6 months. I am extremely disappointed and would advise anyone looking at this to always look at the website and dont listen to the reps they are all liars, I was hoping somone would help figure this out on the community website but I guess I am not geting any sucess here either, Can someone truly listen to my recorded conversation with the reps and find me a solution? Please.

I already posted all of theses details in a private message on the 4th. ATT has still not conacted me for this issue. I am still waiting for a resolution on this. Thanks

A kind gentlemen did call from your support team back in September and assured me that I would be able to keep my rate for one year as promised. And told me to call back in January. I have called the Att customer service multiple times and like I said they all tell me there is an issue and as noted in their notes they should be able to fix this and a manager would call me to get this fixed. This has been going on since January. In the meanwhile my Att uverse bill has gone up from 86 to 124. Could someone please help correct this mess. Thanks a lot.

I can't believe how AT&T uses a bait and swithc tactic to make money on consumers with false statements by online chat.They promised me they would give the same rate for 12 months and I printed the chat.Then 2 months later the bill went up 25 dollars.When I called customer service they told me the only way I could keep that rate was to go from Uverse 450 to Uverse 300.So now I'm getting less channels for the same price.I printed the chat so I would have a hard copy if they tried to raise my bill and that didn't help.The guy in the online chat from AT&T lied to me and my rate did not stay the same for 12 months.I am very disappointed with the bait and switch tactic used on me and I want other consumers to know what they after you sign up.Thumbs down for AT&T.

Contact ATT Customer Care on the link in my signature.
Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your billing problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.
This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done and gone above and beyond for me.
Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉

My bill has gone up to over$180 now and there is not such a thing as customer service with AT&T. I was promised a month ago to have my rate reduced back to the promotional rate and it never happened,. i was billed over $180 and no offers to reduce it back to anywhere close to $123 or any extras.
