Terrible experience with UVERSE customer service.

My ordeal started with signing up with Att on July 24. The customer service rep quoted me rate of 63$ for u200 package with 18mbps of internet. From that day to today I have never seen that rate on any of my bills. Calls to Att take an average of an hour of wait and then someone comes along and disconnects my line. Today I made 3 phone calls and spent more than 4 hours on calls. Finally decided to cancel service and waited for another one and half hour to only be hanged up again quoting a termination fees of 180$ which was never quoted when I received the service. Every month my bill keeps moving upwards. I have to call once every month for a rep to adjust my bill. I am utterly disappointed with the customer service. Worst experience of my life is dealing with Att customer service. Anyone who plans to get a new contract with Att please make sure your Att account reflects what is promised by Att rep. NEVER TRUST WHAT THEY SAY ON THE PHONE.

Thanks a million community care team. You guys rock. Finally after a long pursuit. Tony from customer care called me in the evening and fixed my billing issues. I can see the changes on my Att uverse account so now I think it's finally fixed.
