I just wanted to thank everyone on this board for all the help I received throughout the year I have been with Uverse.  The rate went up to 250.00 per month and I tried for 4 weeks to see if anyone could work out a lower rate.  I also reached out to the community managers and they did not even have the courtesy to respond.  I am now with Spectrum and they have better service and gave me a rate of 129.00 per month with more features.  I may have never checked them out of AT&T cared about their customers.  This is my last post on this board.  I wish everyone the best and good luck with AT&T.  Once again thanks for all the help over the 8 years I have been with Uverse.
