The technician never showed up

I most certainly am! I had a scheduled appointment this past Tuesday Sept 6th 2016 for U-verse internet installation from 1pm to 3 pm. The technician never showed up and when I called they said he was behind and that I had to re-s hedule my appointment for Saturday Sept. 10th. They said a tech would be here from 1pm -3pm (again). Well, no one showed up AGAIN!! When I called back I was put on hold for a full hour with the receptionist periodically telling me that he was on the phone with a supervisor trying to find out when the tech would be here. After 70 plus minutes > was hung up on!! I also started a chat with a receptionist and that person told me the tech would call me by 4 pm....that never happened so I called back yet again to find out that they are now telling me there is something wrong with the outside power lines and that the power lines need to be fixed before I can even re-schedule (for a third time now) to finally have my internet installed! Not to mention I had a scheduled appointment with Direct tv today (I have permission from the landlord who happens to be my uncle) and the technician found every reason possible NOT to install my tv service! Both of the neighboring apartment units already have Direct tv satellites installed! So at the end of the day today, I have had 3 seperat appointments with this company, and I still dont have ANY service of ANY kind! When I asked to soeak to a manager (named Recardo) he said it wasn't there fault and that tjere was NOTHING he could do for me! This is by far the absolutely WORST customer service I have ever recieved, and if I cancel now I will lose the money I have put up front!! Super {edited for word filter evasion} mad!!!
