This is just not fair! I lost $200 because of dubious AT&T practices!

I was so happy to sign up today for Uverse and get our whole house:  3 TVs, internet, phone and 2 cell phones all with AT&T. I called and placed my order, but was never told that if I had gone to the website I would have received a $200 gift card. I feel so cheated by this, and when I called to complain and ask if I could cancel and order online I was told - tough luck. I should have been told about the promotion so I could make the decision to go online. You assume when you call you get the best deal and advice, but now I feel like a sucker and I was so looking forward to my new AT&T service.
