This is my last resort

I do have Uverse issues but what I want to talk about today is landline service.

I have 84 uncle who called for number change on Friday July 25 due to harassing calls.

The number was changed but att is giving out his new number.  He called me to help him and I have made calls on Monday and Tuesday still no change.  I even talked with supervisor on Tuesday of course she would not give me her number only said call back thru main number if not corrected in 24 hrs. Today still not giving disconnect when old number called..  When I call att I have to get my uncle on line with me to authorize I can talk for him and he is getting more and more frustrated.  Does anyone have a number I can call to talk with someone who can fix this problem.  Calling the business office is getting me no where.
