TV SIGNAL LOST

The past two weeks, I have constantly been having this issue. It is with my DVR that is connected in my bedroom. I'll be watching TV, the channel will start to freeze and get fuzzy, and then the "U-verse signal has been lost" come so up. I've troubleshooted every which possible way and I am getting so tired of it. Why is my TV doing this! Is it my receiver?
