TWO HOURS & FIFTEEN MINUTES!!!
I am VERY unhappy. I placed an order on Thursday 01/18/18, the ATT person came the next day Friday but was unable 2 complete work because I had 2 go to work. My work info was noted so therefore ATT already knew. The Tech stated he would return on Monday, 1/22/18, between 1-5pm. I took off early & received a text message he would arrive at 02:30 pm instead. I then received another text message stating he cancelled & 2 contact ATT to reschedule. I stayed on the phone EXACTLY TWO HOURS & FIFTEEN MINUTES BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO RESCHEDULE. This also includes having to give out my SOCIAL SECURITY CARD # TWICE. SO UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS!

@Aduke1 I definitely understand this can be a bit frustrating to have to reschedule an appointment and having you on the phone for 2 hours, I will definitely be upset about this situation if I were you.
