unable to cash refund of credit check
I received a refund of credit check in the amount of $50.11 . I went to a check cashing place because I don't have a bank account and when they tried to verify the check to cash it , it told the lady (JPMORGAN chase bank , n.a. ) funds from bank where unavailable. How do I get this check cashed?

You can say it is their obligation press a supervisor. Make it their problem, not yours.
