Unable to signup for DirecTV streaming.

I am one week into this with no resolution.

I just moved into a new house in FL with AT&T fiber service and initiated it and tried to initiate DiectTV streaming.

Tried online first and when I got to the part to enter credit card information it would not complete.  This was the case with three different cards from three different financial institutions.

Went to the local store.  Reps had same results.  Called the various financial institutions and they said that AT&T is rejecting it, not them.

Called relevant AT&T customer service rep and she received the same results.  She elevated it to her supervisor with no joy.  Elevated again with a callback later with no joy.

There seems to be no way to contact someone who would be directly responsible.  I should probably seek a different streaming service, but I also have my wireless for three devices with AT&T and I would like to keep it one package if possible.
